Human Resource Development Committee (HRDC)
The Human Resource Development Committee (HRDC) at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences – Al Musannah (UTAS-A) is dedicated to enhancing staff knowledge and skills through a structured Training Needs Analysis (TNA). HRDC collaborates with various departments and centers at UTAS-A to design and coordinate training programs while assessing their impact on staff development.
Additionally, HRDC focuses on ensuring that training initiatives align with institutional goals and contribute to staff performance and professional growth. The committee also fosters collaboration with external institutions to exchange knowledge and best practices, enriching the learning experiences of UTAS-A staff.
